The Illusion that spiritual awakening is all love and light

Bypassing, Gaslighting and not actually adressing our trauma/wounds

I really don’t know who started that illusion that spiritual awakening is all love and light.
Sparkles everywhere ….
After I went through my lessons, which is actually quite unpleasant, only afterwards I experienced the bliss and serenity of a healing journey!

„Spirituality“ or part of the communities can actually have the opposite effect because it is called bypassing, gaslighting and not actually adressing our trauma/wounds.

How to heal the trauma / wounds?
Why is it important to heal trauma / wounds?

Example:

When you cut yourself with a knife or you fall from the bike you might have a wound on your body. Right?!
And what you do is that you come home or you ask for help to treat the injuries. Right?!
You find the cut, you clean it, you apply desinfection/ cream and a bandage. After some time you repeat it. Until a little scar is left and you start applying a cream to a scar so it stays smooth.
If you don`t take care of it, the wound might get infected or an infections spreads and leaves a scar/ different complications.

Absolutely the same (from a shamanic perspective) applies to our emotional, mental, soul, physical etc. traumas. If we do not acknowledge that wounds we might feel the consequences sooner or later.The fields that we can work with is obviously our current lifetime, past reincarnation and ancestors.

All of this we uncover during our work together. Strong and bold vision is to heal our ancestors, feminine energy, our wombs, receiving wounds and much more what occupies our field.
